...We’re gonna have a party!...an oyster (& clam) party...and a CRABfest...& we’ll throw in some mouthwatering South Jersey ribs & corn...& tomatoes & peaches...and ALL the good things that are part of the GOOD LIFE along the Cohansey watershed in August... AND we’re gonna celebrate the ebb & flow of this great old snake of a Cohansey estuary, not to mention the woods & streams & fish & birds & critters that creep & crawl (and bite). We’re gonna tell the stories...the short ones & the tall ones...the green and blue and brown ones, the great bald eagle stories & the crow and hawk stories, and the owl stories.... ...Even the people & town & village stories, about the ones that were here ten thousand years ago, and the ones that fell off the edge of the Old World just minutes ago, as this old world turns..... ...AND we’re gonna hike & bike & fish & kayak & bird & even sail & cruise.... and we’re gonna make music & dance & we’re gonna sing....and we’re gonna EAT......
